How do I register?

There are 3 steps:
>> 1. Pre-registration on the CNRS Azur Colloque platform: a validation e-mail, inviting you to register, will be sent to you within 48 hours.
>> 2. Registration on the CNRS Azur Colloque platform: a validation e-mail will be sent automatically; conference fees can be paid upon registration or at a later time.
>> 3. Within 24 hours of your registration for the conference, you will receive via e-mail a personal ID, a password and a link to subscribe to lunches and social events and to book an accommodation. You may then proceed with these reservations.

Accompanying person	50 € **	50 € **

* Registration fees include: access to the conference sessions, conference bag, conference proceedings, coffee breaks, inauguration, receptions, gala dinner and concert.
** Accompanying person - Fees include: inauguration, receptions, gala dinner and concert.


EPS Individual Membership

>> If you are or if you become an Individual Member of EPS prior to register to EPS-HEP2011 you will benefit from a 40€ fee discount.

>> If you register to EPS-HEP2011 without being an EPS Individual Member you will be offered - if you wish - the possiblity to become an EPS Individual Member after the conference for a reduced cost of 10€ the first year.
